of the coat
Coats made in woolen cloth have a visual rigidity that works to empower you because they emit strength, and on this occasion, with this neckline and shoulders that remain perfectly straight, it enhances your presence. Thanks too to the closed collar with its copper metal zip and sporty rib knit, it becomes a really chic and versatile coat, especially when worn with skinny or straight trousers.
Try wearing it with colours that don’t contrast too much like black, chocolate brown, dark camel. Why? Because this coat is crying out for darker rather than lighter shades to give it maximum strength, and enhanced by the shine of the metal highlights it becomes a very sophisticated and chic look.
As for what you wear underneath, it has to be tight and with little volume. Since this coat fits almost like a second skin, forget about collared shirts and funnel or roll necked sweaters. Whether you opt for plain closed or open necklines, the choice is yours.
On the feet, boots, ankle boots, Oxford-type lace-up shoes and even light sneakers – even white ones which lend more exclusivity to the outfit, differentiating it.
Hairstyle: I would opt for a very clean hairstyle, a low updo type of style and avoiding any loose hairs. If that is not your style, try a messier style, combed with your fingers; whatever you do, do not do it by halves because a compromise will not work here.
Make up: On this occasion, dare to use a good black eyeliner both above the eyelashes and below the lower ones – don’t be restrained with this look. If you go for really translucent skin you will achieve a look which is a transgressive but sophisticated at the same time. Try finishing your makeup with a pink liquid blush and nude lips. Wicked.
Why have I designed it?
I have always found a tight-fitting coat with a masculine cut very elegant, especially due to how it flatters, as it has a very sexy side and is totally timeless.
Agnés Sunyer quality certificate: The fabric used in this garment has been manufactured specifically for the brand by a sustainable workshop, where professionals have a decent salary.
